Looking for a story “Fences”

Hi, the story may have been called “The Fence”, or “Fences”, it was about a guy climbing over the metal fence of his beautiful neighbor that is his same age, it does have rape but revenge, after the deed as her parents pull up, the guy scrambles out and hops the fence naked, his balls being trapped on top of the fence, he dangles by his balls until his weight snaps them off and passes out, when he wakes up he’s in the hospital to a hot mild nurse but is missing his balls, when he gets back home, his twin sister walks out naked holding a cup holding his naked balls within and makes fun of him, she knows about the rape and the boys parents refuse to give him testosterone shots because of it. if anyone can send the story or find it for me, it will be much appreciated, I just thought it was hot.
