Do you tell your wives?

Been seeing a guy who i now think is married but doesnt want to tell her that he likes getting kneed in the balls. Is everyoen like this?

Please dont say that hes bad because he might be a cheater or that im dum for not finding out.

If hes cheating what should he do if he likes something and cant get his wife to do it or doesnt want to tell her or cant divorce her or whatever reason he has?
