Help Remembering a Game

I remember playing a game, but I don't remember the name. It was a management game, with some text, and it had still images with text during scenes. In it, you were an evil queen/succubus thing summoned by a girl in the modern age. Magical power came from sexual activity. You and the girl worked together to kidnap people as sex slaves, hire succubi/incubi, and take over the town. At one point there was a plot where a police officer tried to shut you down. You eventually take over the town and install tentacle pits where you breed tentacles with people. You also train the girl who summoned you, and at the end you trap her in a wall for people to use freely for a while.

Any help would be great, I enjoyed this game a lot before.
