Questions for the group: Chastity and Prince Albert's

I have a PA and lots of different chastity devices. Mostly trial and error on which will fit a PA. Removable PA locks tend to pinch or end up in strange positions or places. Some cages have built in PA attachments which are comfortable when the PA moves with the cage no pinching but lacks creativity and tend to be expensive. They also block peeing so that can be a crazy mess.

I considered a hollow uretha insert but they seem to be hard to find and even harder to fix to any chastity cages.

Anybody else with similar experience and did you solve it? Did you go full custom? Or did you do what I did and settled on the Chinese knock off pa chastity device?
