Romance story and not erotic couplings

Hi, hope I'm not breaking any rules and etiquettes on this sub.

I'm looking for tips on how to make sure your story fits in the Romance and not the Erotic Couplings category. For context the story I want to file as romance (I haven't wrote it yet) is about a woman seducing her colleague in some sort of office.
