A new symptom and unique way to win: sterility

What if as a symptom you could make people sterile? Then instead of directly killing people with the disease you could just watch the world population slowly decline. Could also be an interesting challenge as it would probably take longer to win giving the world more time to cure. Though it would also be very hard to notice.
