Sarah's Property (Prologue)

You just moved to a new city for studies. Since you were a student, you were looking for somewhere cheap to live. You thought that you'll be living in a place where you would have to stay on guard 24/7. You didn't intend on keeping much in the house because robberies may be common where you live and it probably won't feel like home.

That's why you were surprised when you heard about a house in a good neughbourhood which was offering low prices for a roommate. You went to check the place out next evening and almost said yes immediately after meeting Sarah, your roommate.

Sarah was 23 years old. She had blonde curly hair and grey-bkue eyes. She was wearing a fitted whiteb tank top with black shorts. You couldn't help but notice that the tank top was a size too short for her as it revealed some of her stomach and a lot of her chest.

"Hi! You must be here for the room" Sarah said, causing your eyes to snap up to hers "Come on in"

Sarah gave you a tour of the house. The ground floor had a kitchen, lounge and a room which was just for storage. The second floor had 2 rooms and one bathroom. One room was Sarahs' and the one opposite hers would be yours, if you decided to take it

After the tour of the house, she asked if you had any questions.

"Yes, how come the rent is so low?" You asked

"Wait. You mean the broker didn't tell you?" She asked, a hint of anger crossing her eyes

"I actually heard the broker tell someone else" you said sheepishly "I needed a cheap place to live and he was telling someone about your house so I decided to come here and try my kuck"

Sarah looked at you for a moment and then smiled. "That's fine. Actually you can live here for free" You were taken aback by this "But. You'll have to sign a contract which says that while you'll be living here, you will do everything that I ask of you"

"And if I don't do what you asked me to?" You asked cautiously

"Then there will be .... Penalties shall we say" Sarah replied "but you don't have to worry about that now"

"And what type of things will I be doing"

"Some household chores, some favours, some errands and some personal things" Sarah said, emphasizing and giving you a sexy smile as she said 'personal things'

Living in a great house with the hottest girl you've ever met and God only know what 'personal things' mean but you thought you'll be the world's biggest fool if you declined this offer. "I'll sign whatever you want" you say without hesitation.

"Great! Why don't you bring your things here tomorrow and I'll get the papers ready?"

This is the first draft of a story that I'm thinking. This will be my first story so I apologise for the mistakes.

I just wanted to have your opinion on Story's with 2nd person POV. Should I keep it or not? If you guys don't like it then I will change the POV of the parts that follow
