Sarah's Property - Chapter 0: The Contract

The next morning, you arrive at Sarah's house with the 2 bags you had

"Hi! How are you?" Sarah asked upon opening the door

"I'm great" you say although still panting from carrying the two heavy bags

"Why don't you get settled in your room?"

You stare at Sarah's ass swaying from side to side for a moment and then go in after her. You stare around at your room and couldn't believe your luck.

There was a knock at the door and Sarah walked in "Like the room? I had it cleaned earlier but now it's your responsibility" she said with a smile, handing you a small file "here's the contract. Sign it once you've gone through it."

You just looked at the almost empty front page and asked her "I don't need to read it. I trust you. Where so I sign?"

"Alright. Just sign here"

You signed the contract and Sarah smiled as she reviewed it. She the suddenly leaned in closer and whispered in your ear "I'm going to get a copy of this so you can read what you signed up for. Meanwhile I want you to take off your underwear and get ready"

You could still feel her breath on your face after she had left. You didn't know what was in store but yiu had gotten hard and took off your underwear.

Sarah returned 10 minutes later and smiled as she saw you without pants.
"I don't think you understood what I said. I told you to take off your underwear, not your pants Read this and you'll understand." Sarah gave you the copy of the contract and then left you to look at the predicament you had yourself in.

THE CINTRACT

This is a contract between Sarah hereby known as The Mistress and (your name) hereby known as The Slave

This contract binds both parties for 1 year. New contract negotiations can begin earlier however the contract has to be signed once the current one expires. During the span of this year The slave must obey Mistress at all times

Mistress can ask the slave to do anything from doing household chores to running errands to pleasing and fulfilling her sexual desires and needs.

If the Slave fails to do as he is asked or doesn't do anything correctly then The Mistress may punish him in anyway she sees fit

Whether the slave has performed the task correctly solely depends on The Mistress's discretion

Slave must not wear underwear when at home

Slave must be locked in chastity at all times until Mistress says otherwise.

Hey guys! This was just some progression in the story. I posted the Prologue yesterday named, "Sarah's Property (Prologue)

I would really appreciate it if you can go to the previous post and vote on whether I should do the story in 2nd Person POV or not.

The poll expires in about 2 days so I'll post the next part then.
