2 outlets getting no power

In my home I found that an outlet in one room and an outdoor outlet are not working. I used a multi meter and found they have no power at the screws leading into the outlet. The indoor and outdoor outlet are basically on opposite sides of the wall. I dont think its the fuse because other things the fuse controls are working

The outlet is getting .04 v
I'm in USA
