Recommend a Mid-Range-Budget Beard Trimmer for Me?

I've heard good things about the Brio Beardscape, but not sure I can justify spending $80 on it. Is there a good beard trimmer a bit more mid-range in terms of price? I had been using the Philips Norelco and liked that it had a twistable guard adjust.

I normally keep my beard between 3mm to 5mm depending on the season. I also prefer to get most of my neck hair and shaping the beard with the trimmer instead of a razor, since it gets close enough for me.
