What to do first

First time through the game. Don’t worry about spoilers I pretty much know what’s going on. I just did all the memories. Should I fight Vendrick, do the end game or do the DLC first? What is the preferred order as far as potentially missing stuff or if that’s not an issue then maybe easiest to hardest. Thanks for any advice.
