My OC can beat Luffy.

I hate how Oda thinks Luffy is stronger than lightning users. So what if he's made of rubber? My OC has lightning powers and is much cooler and faster than Luffy. Rubber still melts at high voltage electricity. My OC would melt Luffy and Oda can't do anything about it. I created the stronger character.
