Noob Question - How do you repay Tri Tachyon Loan?

Okay I took out a loan with Tri Tachyon for $250,000 and I am supposed to pay back $350,000. Fair enough, but HOW DO YOU DO IT?

I thought it would happen automatically but NOPE, suddenly I was hit with -50rep even though I had close to 2million in the bank. I thought that was bullshit so I reverted the save and went back to guy and tried to repay him but there is no option to!! The bastard just keeps saying "how can I help you?" and there is NO option to bring up the loan with him.

There is currently 166 days left on the loan. Do I have to repay in a certain time window? Did I miss something? I'm very confused.
