How do payments for System Bounties work?

Currently I have a system bounty that says "$1,595 base reward per frigate" And further down it says "Payment depends on the number and size of ships destroyed."

My question is, does anyone know how much more cruisers are worth compared to frigates, and also are rewards also given for smaller logistical ships such as Buffalos, drams?
