I will die on this hill

I'm caught up to the Whole Cake Arc (I've read past the whole cake arc) so my opinion might change after Wano, but..... I love Brook. Hes one of my favorite characters.


I fell like he's the perfect combination of what I like about all the characters. His one aspect that I hate is his perverted behavior but unlike Sanji its wayyyyy tuned down. (Hes like 80 so it's way creepier but it's not really a main aspect of his character) I love his goofiness, while also bieng mature, and the fact that he knows more about the seas and other pirates because he has lived way longer than the other straw hats. Most people complain that we already have a swordsman but I feel like he uses his soul as an attacking mechanism more than his sword. He uses it to freeze things, he uses his soul as a way to communicate and to keep watch l, and his soul is useful against other souls making him a match for Big Mom.

At first I put him below everyone but the more I spend time with him the more he goes up on my star hat tier list.
