ISO a multicooker that actually slow cooks well.

I'm not quite in the market for it yet, but at some point, I'm hoping to get a multicooker.

I understand the value of having a pressure cooker, since it makes cooking beans or whole grains a lot faster. However, I also need mine to slow cook well, since I like to make [cholent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cholent) relatively often, and due to the rules of [Shabbat](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shabbat), I would have to slow cook it, and not pressure cook it.

I know multicookers are known for not slow cooking well, and it feels kind of stupid to me to have a separate slow cooker that would only be used for one dish, and also a pressure cooker that I'd use for most other things.

Any recommendations? It doesn't have to be the Instant Pot brand, but it could be.
