The two days before his final therapy session were quite troublesome for Anon. He struggled to walk properly due to the size of his testicles as the swelling didn't go away. The day before his last session, while relaxing in his room, Anon decided to check if everything was still working down there. He slowly pulled down his pants and underwear, being careful not to touch his swollen balls too much as they hurt a lot. He then visually inspected everything, including his locked penis. He didn't notice anything out of the ordinary with his genitals, well besides his humongous testicles that looked like they were about to burst in his sack. But according to Doc. Anderssen that was part of the procedure.

As it got morning, he got woken up by some huge pain. Anon was sleeping on both his testicles, he immediately decided to cup them as if they were kicked but that made the situation worse, as his hands applying even the slightest pressure made him yelp in pain.

He decided to force himself to get ready and don't think too much about the pain as he got dressed for the appointment with his therapist. Even his largest boxers were too tight to contain his balls and made him feel a bit of pain with every step he took.

When Anon finally arrived to the office, he was greeted by Ruby that was there for him in the waiting room. Anon really hoped she wouldn't be there for his final session but what could he do.

He faked a smile and greeted her, she smiled back but to Anon that grin looked exactly like the devil's. Ruby got close to him and in a very happy yet sadistic voice told him "I am very happy you're here!" and took Anon by the arm to bring him inside.

They didn't wait at all in the main room and walked straight up to the therapy room. "We gotta be quick, my mom will be here soon for your session".

As they entered the room, the realization hit Anon... he was there alone with Ruby for a bit... again. His mind was already racing hoping she wouldn't torture him again but his thinking got stopped by her words. "Please undress and take a sit... the special chair obviously" Ruby said, pointing at the chair where he was strapped on the previous session.

"Don't make me repeat it, you don't want to make angry now, do you?" She said, teasing Anon more. He couldn't do anything but obey. He took off his pants and underwear and sat on the chair. Ruby was quite satisfied with the amount of power she held over him, but she wanted to take it a step further.

"My mom told me to get you strapped in and have your 'testicles' prepared for the session" she said, as she started tightening the straps securing him to the chair. Anon wasn't paying too much attention to the process but suddenly got caught off guard by Ruby. "I'll add a personal touch, hope you don't mind" and with that, she placed the ball-gag in his mouth, making sure it was tight.

Ruby then proceeded to remove his chastity belt, with the key that she was still wearing as a necklace. \*click\* The lock was open. She pulled the sheat off of his penis and it immediately got hard. "At least your friend here looks happy to see me" Ruby added.

"So let's see, what comes next? Ah yes, the rubber band around your balls... ahem, testicles, we're professionals here" Ruby kept taunting him. Anon knew the pain was about to start, she was very rough when putting the rubber band around his nuts and he knew it was gonna be the same this time.

Ruby scrambled to find the latex rubber band and when she found it, she immediately grabbed Anon's testicles in a very harsh way, making him wince and yelp in pain even from the ball-gag. "Aww I'm sorry, look at how swollen they are" she said as she kept pulling them more and more". Ruby then wrapped the rubber band around his sack multiple times, making sure it was tight.

"And..." **\*slap\*** "That's it!". She made the rubber band slap on his sack after tightening it around. Anon was on the verge of crying from the pain, it was really too much for him. He couldn't take more but Ruby wasn't done, not at all.

"You know... my P.T. told me I have rather weak arms for my age and told me I should practice with a punching ball... Maybe I could put these few minutes we're alone to good use..." Ruby was clearly up to something. Anon knew it was coming and he wasn't ready for it. He tried to protest but nothing but muffled moans could escape from the ball-gag.

Ruby sat between his legs and gently grabbed Anon's balls with both hands. "I see you have nothing against it... these will do just fine" She let go of his balls. But before he could even prepare for it... **\*slam\*** Ruby punched his balls, a punch so strong it made his sack swing back and forth a couple times.

The pain was almost enough to short circuit his brain... Anon wanted to scream but the ball-gag was only allowing him to make muffled moans. "Wow, that was a good one, for a warm-up". He again tried to scream to make her stop in his ball-gag but Ruby only taunted him more. "I know you like this, you perv, I'm gonna punch you more don't worry.

"And with that, she started punching his testicles like an actual punching bag. Left, right, left, right, right, left, left, right. Alternating her punches with a steady pace, making sure his sack was swinging back and forth with each punch. Anon was on the verge of passing out from the pain, the only thing keeping him awake was exactly the same thing that was making him suffer, Ruby's next punch.

This went on for a couple minutes but then... "I got pretty tired, I'm gonna wrap it up." Ruby charged her right fist and slammed it in Anon's balls. He yelped so much and tried to buckle in his chair, but the straps were too tight.

"Thank you for the workout!" She added, and gave him a light slap on his nuts before getting up. Anon was really wishing he had no testicles at all in that moment. Even with all that pain, his penis was still standing erect and leaking some precum.

After a couple seconds, Doc. Anderssen came in the room. "Wow, you got him ready for everything, very nice!" She said to Ruby, that replied with a simple smile. The therapist later added "He's really ready for everything, haha" noticing his erection.Anon only blushed and tried to avoid eye contact.

"I am not gonna ask you questions since you're already ball-gagged so I'll just explain how the last session will work, is that alright?" Doc. Anderssen asked. Anon could only nod as he had no way out of there.

The therapist grabbed some cotton balls to put some sort of liquid on them, Anon couldn't really see what it was. She then started rubbing it on his testicles and explained "This is alcohol, we're disinfecting and cleaning your scrotum before the procedure as we'll use something similar to acupuncture".

Anon tried to protest so much but to no avail, Doc. Anderssen just taunted him "I know you have questions, I'll explain everything don't worry" as she proceeded to wipe the excess rubbing alcohol from his ballsack.

"I'll use needles of different sizes, Ruby will of course help me" Exactly what he didn't want to hear. "The needles will have to be inserted deep in the testicles as you'll need to release some fluid. Don't worry though, the therapy is clean and you will not spill any drops of blood, I developed this technique in years"

Ruby was waiting for that moment and with a huge smile, she pulled out the set of needles from the drawer in the desk. "Here you go mom, let's get this done" she said enthusiastically.

Doc. Anderssen proceeded to explain further "The needles are of different sizes, we'll use multiple so we can get as much fluid out, I'll let Ruby insert the smaller ones, and I'll work with the bigger one." and with that, she moved out of the way. Her daughter moved in her place, between Anon's legs and took hold of his testicles.

"Don't worry Ruby I'll guide you" Doc. Anderssen said from behind her. "Take one of the smaller needles"... Ruby looked at the needles but had some thoughts and asked "Do you mean the smallest from this set? Cuz they all look pretty big to me..."

She was right, the smaller needles were all about 5cm long and with a round ball on top of the blunt side. But the therapist quickly made clear "Yes, I mean the smallest in this set"

Anon was very worried about what was coming, but the straps and the ball-gag prevented him from moving and protesting, he was their toy for the time being.

Ruby carefully grabbed the round end of the needle and asked "Do I just put it in? Like... all the way in?" Doc. Anderssen just nodded in approval. Her daughter needed no more... **\*zip\*** The needle went all the way in his right testicle. Anon wanted to yelp but he could only moan in the ball-gag.

"Good, now see, there are five more of the smaller needles, I need you to put three in each testicle, from the side of it towards the center." Doc. Anderssen explained. Ruby decided she wanted to have some fun and not put them in quickly.

She grabbed another needle and rested it on Anon's tight left ball, it made him twitch in the chair. Then with the tip of her index finger, she slowly pushed the needle in his nut-meat. Anon could feel the needle slowly poking through, he tried to buckle and this only made Ruby's finger slip and push the needle in further, making him wince in pain even more.

Ruby turned around to look at her mom, they were both snickering and giggling. "Come on, only four more to go" Ruby kept taunting Anon as she grabbed the next two needles.

These time she wanted to try something different. "I'm gonna speed things up and put two in at the same time, hope it's not too bad for you" Ruby said. This time, she held the needles at half their length and with a quick flick of the wrist **\*zip\* \*zip\*** they were both halfway in. Anon was on the verge of crying, some tears were coming down his face but he wasn't fully crying yet.

He had no time to recover or recompose himself, Ruby was slowly pushing the needles inside his balls, all he could do was try to endure the pain and bit down on the ball-gag.

It was down to the last two of the smaller needles. Doc. Anderssen stopped her daughter to explain something "The last two are crucial, you need to put them in the bottom part of the testicles so that they point upwards, they need to be placed where the cord attachs to the testicle. And of course the only way to do this, is slowly" She winked at Ruby.

Her daughter quickly picked up the first needle from the tray, with one hand holding his right testicle, she started slowly piercing his skin and nut to insert the needle all the way in. She was going very slowly and Anon could feel every bit of the procedure. The pain was worse than whatever he felt before.

Before he could realize, Ruby started doing the same for his left testicle. He thought he'd pass out, but miracolously he made it through that.

"Very good, you did great Ruby, now it's my turn to have a bit of fun" Doc. Anderssen said. Clearly taunting Anon further. "My daughter did the smaller ones, I'm now going to do the bigger one, also called the penetrator. You'll soon understand why it's called like that."

The word "penetrator" made Anon's back shiver in fear. Before he could do anything to try and protest further, Doc. Anderssen grabbed his balls, with all the needles inside, the pain was amplified further and even the slightest of touch would give him immense pains.

Doc. Anderssen started to slowly insert the needle in the side of his right testicle, the needle felt much thicker than the ones Ruby was putting in. It was slow a slow process and the pain was excruciating.

About halfway through his testicle, she took a bit of a break and started just tapping on the head of the needle. This made Anon wince over and over. After what felt like an eternity but were just 30 seconds, the therapist started to push the needle in again.

The needle kept piercing his ball and came out of it, still inside is sack. Doc. Anderssen took another break and explained "I'll give you a few seconds before I push it through the other testicle aswell."

It was only then that Anon understood why it was called "The Penetrator".

After the break was over, Doc. Anderssen immediately pushed the needle further more inside, piercing now his left testicle, the pain was doubled. She repeated the slow and excruciating process.

He now had a long skewer going through both his testicles, and three smaller needles in each. At least the pain was now becoming a dull kind of pain and he thought the therapy was over. Anon was caught off guard by the therapist saying "That's a good way to start."

Anon was confused and looked at Doc. Anderssen willing to understand more of what was going on. She proceeded to explain "We'll now start edging you to make sure the fluids flow out easily after we take the needles out, I'll ask Ruby to help me again, I know you like it".

It was a bit of a shock to know that he had to be edged while he had needles sticked in and coming out of his jewels. Doc. Anderssen and Ruby got both close to him and decided to edge him together.

The therapist was slowly stroking his shaft, while her daughter was rubbing his glans with her fingertips. The constant stream of precum flowing out of his penis was a good lubricant.

After a few minutes of edging, Ruby decided to spice it up and flicked his nuts once each. Anon winced in pain and the brief sensation of pleasure from the edging quickly faded.

Doc. Anderssen was a bit surprised about this and decided to do something herself too. \*slap\* \*slap\* She slapped both his testicles with quite some force. The needles moved inside his testicles and caused him to feel even more pain, both from the blunt hit and from the sharp points of the needles.

This gave Ruby an idea... "Mom why don't we alternate slaps on his balls to tease him more? After all, he likes it doesn't he?" Anon was really hoping that Doc. Anderssen refused this offer, but to his surprise she actually agreed. "It's testicles sweetie... besides that, it's a very nice idea, I'll take the one on my side and you'll slap the one on yours."

And so they did, they alternated slaps, Ruby on the left testicle and Doc. Anderssen on the right one. All while edging him with their other hands. **\*slap\* \*slap\* \*slap\* \*slap\***. They went on for a fair bit of time with this. Anon's nuts were on fire with the pain, the needles were moving inside even more with each slap from the girls and kept making him wince in pain. He wanted this to be over as soon as possible.

After about fifteen minutes, Doc. Anderssen raised her hand to stop everything and said "Time's up, time to take the needles out and drain his testicle fluids". Ruby wasn't happy that she had to stop slapping and decided to finish it off with a punch to both balls. **\*slam\*** Anon clearly wasn't expecting that and the pain hit him three times as hard as it would've normally happened without the needles.

He wanted to hold his jewels so much but couldn't move. Doc. Anderssen could only smile at her daughter. "Now we have to take the needles out, Ruby do you want to do that?" She asked.

Ruby obviously nodded. Anon could only imagine what more pain could come from this. She then decided to start with the smaller needles. As she pulled them off, to her and his surprise, it didn't feel as bas as they imagined, there was almost no pain.

When it was time to pull out the "Penetrator", she decided to remove it not by sliding it out, but by pulling the testicles off of it, as if it was a skewer with meat on it. Well it technically was...

She grabbed the blunt end of the needle and kept it in place, with the free hand she grabbed his left testicle with quite some force and started pulling it off. Anon was moaning in pain. Finally she had found the way to torture him more.

Ruby kept hold of his testicle as she slowly pulled it off the skewer and she repeated the same process with his right one. This took about five minutes of constant ball squeeze. Anon wished he had no balls at all in that moment.

"All done mom" Ruby said. Her mother turned around and visually inspected everything before saying "Now we just need to extract the testicle fluids" and walked closer to the chair where Anon was strapped.

"I could do it alone but if you wanna help Ruby we can save some time, what do you say?" Doc. Anderssen asked. Ruby had no idea how it worked and asked "Well if you show me how to do it, sure..." Her mother obviously nodded.

First she grabbed Anon's right testicle with both hands and then she said "You'll need to grab the testicle and gently squeeze, kind of like a lemon, but with a different, much firmer texture." and with that, she started squeezing and lo and behold, some clear liquid started flowing out of the needle holes on his ball. Anon could barely bear the pain of that on one testicle.

"Oh that's simple enough" Ruby said and grabbed his left nut. She wasn't as professional as her mother though and her squeezes were much stronger but it did the job anyways, soon after, some clear liquid was also flowing out and making Ruby's hands a bit wet and slippery.

But as they were squeezing... something unexpected happened.

The testicles popped at the same time in their hands. After a couple seconds, the pain hit Anon, it was unbearable, they just popped his nuts and he couldn't do anything about it.

Doc. Anderssen panicked a bit and tried to understand how that could've possibly happened. Looking at Ruby in shock. Her daughter was a bit worried too but certainly also aroused, as she was biting her lip and her mom could see she was wet between her legs.

All while Anon was moaning in pain, Doc. Anderssen scrambled for some data sheets but everything was in order. But it then hit her... The slapping and the final punch that Ruby gave to his sack must've tenderized his testicles to a point where the pressure required to burst was lower than she planned.

She tried of looking for excuses and everything but a sadistic and horny Ruby just said "He won't be addicted to ballbusting anymore now, will he?"
