Heating Pads?

Anyone have any recommendations for a heating bad to use to warm up our new sleeve we've ordered?

The heating pads we currently own have low settings in the 110F range, which seems a little hot.

I've read that some users recommend a Sous Vide, which would definitely work perfectly! I'm just not looking to invest that much until we decide if this will be something we use regularly.
