Looking for a story

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a story where a woman call a plumber (or something) to her house in the countryside to do some work. When he arrives she ties him on a chair in the basement and starts blackmailing him, basically she records him and he has to say he will provide her some years of free service, at first he does not want to and therefore she starts hitting him (the chair had a hole for his balls).

I've been looking for it for a long time, really hope someone can help me find it
