Story idea - Someone want to write this?

The theme is No Nut November, with a twist. A couple is having a hard time conceiving so they go to a specialist where she tells them to use some sort of device on his nuts (not sure what, but something a bit precarious and POSSIBLY dangerous). Every day she has to help him with the device and she doesn't quite know what she is doing. Part of the treatment is he can't cum for the entire month of November. She unwittingly teases him (by what she's wearing, the way she talks, the way she bends over in front of him, etc.) and that just makes things even worse. Until the last day of November, and something happens to the device and she accidentally castrates him - possibly at the therapist's office. Oops! It could end with her saying something like, "Is THIS why they call it No Nut November?!!"
