Decrease size

What’s the best way to gradually shrink and size down? I’m a grower and I’ve never done chastity but I absolutely want to lock myself in chastity and I want to shrink as well and go smaller cages. Does being a grower affect how long it takes? Do I need to accommodate for that when cage searching? I have a lot of questions 🥺
