Having ball surgery

So over the years my varicocele has gotten bad enough to do surgery. They are gonna do a laparoscopic surgery and tie or burn off the extra veins and also do a vasectomy at the same time. I'm worried that this will have an effect on my ability to do ballbusting but I don't really have much choice. Anyone have this surgery and still enjoy ballbusting after you healed?
