Looking for a manga

First time posting, so sorry if this isn’t the right place

I have a distinct memory of a ballbusting comic i read a translation of years ago and cannot remember what it is called to revisit it, but it involved a man (possibly a teacher) tied to a chair while three girls tortured his testicles. Two of them were very into it while the third was apologetic until getting into it at the end.

Does this ring a bell for anyone else?
