Help finding a story

So this story I read it a couple months ago but I can't find it again I don't remember where I read it but the plot was that the mc was captured in some kind of a prison where a girl beats the shit out of every man's balls in there, and the girl says in one phrase that they created a drug so you can only feel the pain of a kick and no pleasure.

I've searched through my history and nothing Most possibly I found it here on reddit or through a link of a reddit user... Plzz help
