New title rules?

I'm considering enforcing a rule where titles must have the character's name in the title if there is one, be tagged with (Artist’s Name), and optionally \[Series the character is from\] in the post title. In a similar fashion to r/rule43 and r/rule34feet.

Is this a good idea?
