What cold/flu meds can I take w Lexapro?

So I’ve been on Lex for only three months and this is all pretty new to me. I’m waiting to hear back from my doc, but in the meantime, what cold or flu meds is it ok to take while on Lexapro? I’m currently dealing w a cold/flu and have a low-grade fever and just feel like garbage over all.

Is it ok to take Advil or ibuprofen or Tylenol?
