What’s the best way to bust myself with a broom?

The title explains all. I want to bust myself with a broom. Maybe like the movies when they step on it and it shoots up to the balls.

Any ideas?

I tried resting it on a chair but it doesn’t quite hold in place or else it hits my ass.
