Is it possible to go full slut playthrough in DoL easily?

Hi! So, i've tried many times in the past to go full slut, but it has never really gone well for me...Trying to get my boy to just be a sex demon and even try to get the transformation, but the most successful i've ever been was to not be a full slut...I'd like to try in my newest character to just be as much of a whore as possible without too much negative reprecussions..is there a way/build/just method to actually doing a slut playthrough successfully?
