Question about Transmutation.

Are transmuters able to transmute their own bodies. Or are they using some other nen type?
For example, Biscuit is a transmuter but can change her appearance, is she using transmutation for that or another thing like manipulation?
Is transmutation strictly changing your own aura into something and not your body?
