PFM vs Harvard Prostate Study???

My wife and I are in an FLR that has kinda morphed into a PFM. Basically our agreement states that I am not allowed to orgasm except when she wants PIV sex. Are normal sex life involves me pleasuring her with my tongue and toys as often as she wants, while she will usually slap and squeeze my balls.

I love the denial and the humiliation involved. I love going to cuddling her to sleep while I am left insanely horny with aching balls. In the past year, we've had PIV sex 3 times, the last time being in July. I am allowed to play with myself as much as I want, but not to the point of cumming.

I've seen things before about men should climax frequently to prostate health, and now there is the new study out from Harvard that recommends men should climax 21 times a month to help prevent prostate cancer.

AUGH!!! How is that going to work?

I do occasionally, edge a bit to far and kind of have a ruined orgasm, in that I don't experience a climax, but a little bit of semen (maybe a 1/4 teaspoon) does sort of ooze out of my penis.

I'm curious if anyone happens to know if a ruined orgasm is a substitute for actually climaxing? Medically speaking?
