Gave a girl my number and after we agreed to hangout and she ghosted me

So I meet this really great girl in my class a couple weeks ago at Boston U, we hit it off well. conversation feels natural and enjoyable. I only spoke to her in class but now classes are over. She agreed to hang out later on, but whenever I text her conversation is dry and I can't tell if she likes me or not

saw her for the last time today, we agreed to hang out later on outside of classes. I told her I'd send her my number on IG and I did right there, then for the whole day she didn't even open the DM, its been like 10 hours now and she didn't even leave me on seen

we always converse very well, but I had sensed that she never initiates anything. We would have never spoken if I didn't ask her a question about the course work.

what do I do? just nothing? I guess I already know that if the ball is in her court its on her to play or not. I just want someone to interpret this behavior.
