This one has to be more than 20 years old and all I recall are themes. There was a doctor who visited a guy and subjected his nuts to various forms of torture, week after week. One such visit involved a bunch of bees (or wasps/hornets?) stinging them. I think it ended in a ceremony with a bunch of robed people each doing something to the guy's nuts. Seem familiar to anyone?
I remember a few highlights: 2 or 3 college girls recruit a guy to be their subject for a class project they're working on. They bring him to one of their dorm rooms where they use several methods to beat his nuts. The girls used these experiences for their final class project. I know, not a ton of details, but these are the themes I remember. Any ideas about this one?
