Behind the shoot retrospective: madame de la cruel
At its core, velvetkick was about elegant women inflicting their will on men. Scott wanted to continue to find those in the lifestyle who exemplified this ethos for him. For me I was just happy to be involved.
One of the mistresses who personified elegance and dominance was madame de la cruel. A selective dominatrix in nyc, she definitely catered to a more discerning type of submissive. Demanding and ruthless, yet quick with a smirk, she was the ultimate mistress you’d session with if you could afford to.
She started the shoot asking me to rate how hard she should kick me from 1-10. I was like ummm I don’t know however hard you want. Lol. She saw me as nervous yet eager to please and started the shoot with lighter punishment - the first few kicks and knees were more to check my pain tolerance.
After convincing her that I could take some punishment the game was on and she ramped up her intensity. At one point she reared back and kicked me so hard I dropped instantly. At this point I had become known for taking multiple kicks before dropping(or pretending to drop to make it appear I was hurt). But this was one of the hardest kicks I ever received. Definitely in the top 10 for me of all time and I’ve been kicked thousands and thousands of times over the years.
It was an accurate kick to my left testicle with her pointy toed shoe. I actually had to take a little break after the kick just to compose myself. Even though the kick was through my pants it caught me square - the kind of kick where the world just goes quiet for a moment and the pain registers all over your body.
We continued the shoot after that but I was obviously shaken. And slightly frightened by her. Which is exactly what she had hoped for.
I definitely took more abuse as I think the kick happened half way in the shoot - and I know my reactions were a lot more pronounced after that kick.
If there’s any shoot I look back on and honestly say who I respected and feared the most, it was probably madame de la cruel. She definitely gave me kudos after the shoot and it wasn’t until I could look back at the videos to fully appreciate her as a dominant force.
