Beyond the shoot retrospective: the legendary Varla
Among the Mount Rushmore of ballbusters, one name that certainly gets consideration is Varla. From the sensual to the sadistic, very few have had a career as revered as Varla.
She’s spanned multiple decades, appearing in hundreds of shoots for various content producers - from the hardcore to the soft core foot fetish videos. Plus she had a very successful career as an independent / dungeon mistress in NYC and she’s still practicing today.
I was fortunate to have a few velvetkick shoots over my career with Varla. I believe we did 2 in total but any VK subscribers from back in the day would know better than me!
These are some stills from our first shoot together. Petite and shy, she has a quiet confidence about her that makes her a lethal ballbuster. With the right environment and proper male model to abuse, she can ratchet up the intensity quickly (just look at any of the duo videos she’s done with Nyx) and with some of her loyal subs.
At first she felt me out - with softer but accurate kicks. Even though I told her and Scott told her I could take it, she eased into the shoot to make sure I could actually handle her. On one hand I appreciated it, but on the other I preferred her to just let me have it from the jump. Especially for someone with a pain tolerance like me.
With Varla, once she was confident I could take her abuse then the shoot opened up a bit and she gave me more impactful kicks. She stalked me slowly and methodically, with accurate knees and kicks. She was intoxicating and it was easy to see why so many have raised their hands over the years to be subject to her whims and desires.
With my pain tolerance and her accuracy, it was one of those shoots where you can work for 30 minutes and it feels like you could still shoot for another hour. I do wish she kicked me harder in the early going but I do appreciate that she ensures safety and security for both herself and the male model. I’ve seen her cause major damage on screen before so I guess I should be grateful I escaped relatively unharmed. But if there’s anyone who you wish you could work with time and time again, Varla would certainly be on that list.
