Would healing or regeneration ruin the story?

I’ve got some ideas for stories to write and post here. Several of them involve someone losing their nuts and regrowing them, due to magic or natural abilities.

Valkyrie veterinarian dom versus masochist werewolf girl. A trans girl who hates her testicles asks a trusted friend to help get rid of them. The problem is that they grow back every full moon. But Myra knows Eliza is experienced at removing canine nuts. She didn’t plan on Eliza being so enthusiastic about a partner whose balls could be destroyed over and over again, but she sure enjoys it.

Cursed orbs. Azzle, the Axolotl beastman wizard, assumed the warlock’s curse referred to the crystal balls he used to cast the finishing spell.
“You shall be crushed under the weight of your own orbs!”
Arriving home from the dungeon he soon realized the curse was actually on his man-stones. Growing ever larger and imbued with kinetic energy that makes them crash into everything, he searches for a cure.
But no priest, mage, or druid could bring him back to normal. His last hope, an alchemist surgeon, suggests a radical treatment. Removing the organs and letting his natural regeneration make him whole again. The body parts would be used as ingredients in powerful healing potions, helping others, so how could a good man refuse?
The operation was a success! Until four days later, when his new balls grew beyond his pre-curse size. Now he must continually donate his big juicy balls lest they require a wheelbarrow to move.
