Taking Back an Ex

Have any of you ever taken back an ex dom/me? How did it go?

A former Domme (38f) and I (35m) recently started talking again after our breakup in January. At first it was just “I miss you” type chat. Then eventually, we went for dinner, then after a few weeks, she asked if we could play again. I said yes. Our dynamic had rocky patches, but none of those were ever play related, she was always ethical, considerate and frankly (just between us) absolute 🧨

I made clear that I had no intention of getting our dynamic back but was willing to have a crack at being friends, which she was happy with. Our play morning was absolutely amazing, both play and morning in general. I’m excited about playing again, but I’m concerned about getting too emotionally invested, especially because some of my friends aren’t too keen on her and I’m worried that they’ll judge me - or worse, cut me out of their lives.
