Why wasn’t getting Feech sent back to the Big House ratting?

So the code of Omertà is so strong that you can’t even admit that the Mafia exists in court without being seen as a rat. Helping the police in any way against another made man would be seen as ratting, so my question is, when Tony got Feech pinched by his parole officer and sent back to the nick, why wasn’t it snitching?
