Hotel/diplomacy board game

Afficionados of Dice and Deck, help me out here- I remember seeing a game a few years back set in a Swiss hotel where the aim was to move people around to fill different rooms to pass nuclear secrets and no combination of words on BGG seems to bring it up- does anyone remember this game, or do I have tunnelling brain parasites?
